The Workforce Development & Continuing Education Division (WDCED) offers courses designed to create opportunities for personal growth and professional development. WDCED works with businesses, government agencies, and professional associations to identify training needs and workforce development opportunities in Baltimore City.
WDCED courses are offered at the Liberty Campus, Harbor Campus, Reisterstown Plaza Center, University of Maryland BioPark, and numerous off-campus locations throughout Baltimore City.
WDCED offers services in three primary areas: Workforce Development, Adult Basic Education (ABE), and English as a Second Language (ESL).
