This course is offered to provide a wide range of classes for those who want to go into the hospitality or customer service field of work. This course has 5 different classes to prepare students to get knowledge on entry level jobs in the hospitality industry. This course has classes that talks about different front desk skills, how to welcome people into different establishments, how to have a conversation to allow them to feel comfortable enough for them to allow you to serve them, and even how to fix basic needs or how to keep a clean space. With this course, participants will become comfortable with day-to-day duties working in the hospitality field, talking with people, being able to serve people and have lifelong/valuable information that can be used in other career fields and in their lives every day.
