RSC 112 - Cardiorespiratory Equipment I

The lab emphasizes skill-development of non-critical respiratory care treatment modalities. Skills mastered include medical gas therapy, humidity therapy, hyperinflation therapies, environmental therapy, chest physiotherapy, and airway management. Emphasis is on equipment application and theory of operation. Therapist-driven protocols and clinical practice guidelines provide the context for this course. RSC 111 is the supporting lecture course for RC 112.
