WDCE 80 - Essentials II

This course is designed to develop basic reading, writing and math skills. Students will develop vocabulary in the the humanities, science, social studies and mathematics. Students will demonstrate comprehension strategies using a variety of texts. The math emphasis is on number sense, computation of fractions and mixed numbers and the application of mathematics skills to real-life situations.
