MKT 211 - Advertising(3 credits) 45 lecture hours Prerequisites: MKT 223 or permission of the program Coordinator/Associate Dean of Business and Technology Department Advertising in modern business is examined with emphasis on historical, social, and economic development of the field. Stress is on the psychological and creative factors involved in advertising as well as the relationship of advertising to overall marketing strategy. The case study method is used.
