MKT 210 - Retailing(3 credits) 45 lecture hours Prerequisites: MKT 223 or permission of the program Coordinator/Associate Dean of Business and Technology Department This course covers retailing and its role in distribution, problems of administrative organization, store layout, location, buying, pricing, merchandising, sales promotion, and current trends in retailing. Quality management and customer satisfaction are emphasized. The case study method is used.
