DSE 100 - Oral Anatomy and Physiology(3 credits) 30 lecture hours; 45 lab hours Prerequisites: admission to the Dental Hygiene Program Lab fee A detailed study of the morphology and function of human teeth and their surrounding structures is provided. Course content relates the anatomy and physiology of bones, muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and other structures of the head and neck to the physiological aspects of the oral cavity and the entire body.
