ASL 102 - American Sign Language II(3 Credits) 45 lecture hours Prerequisites: ASL 101 with a grade of C or better, or by consent of the department. This course is designed to be a continuation of the American Sign Language I-with focus on continuing to build basic grammar, vocabulary, structure, and syntax. Students will continue to build upon the base of knowledge acquired in ASL I to communicate at the advanced beginning level. Students will increase vocabulary size to approximately 1,000 signs.
